1 John 4

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Teach

Deuteronomy 6:5-7
You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
6 "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.
7 "You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.

Last Days

2 Timothy 3:1-5
But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

For The Gospel

1 Corinthians 9:23-27
And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Lay Life Down

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Talk of God

Psalm 105:2
Sing unto Him, sing psalms unto Him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
Do you have a practice of singing into God? Do you speak if all His wondrous works in your life?

Wise Woman

Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
As a woman of God, do the word of God

Psalm 23

Psalm 23:4-5
4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Remember

Deuteronomy 7:18
Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt;

Remember all that God has done in your life! When the enemy comes and tries to defeat you, steal your joy, get you off track, let God work and take care of things. He is faithful!

God fights for you

Promise

Deuteronomy 3:2
And the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon.

What a promise to the children of Israel! Take hold of His promises and watch God deliver you from the things you are fighting against!

Dread Not

Deuteronomy 1:28-29
Whither shall we go up? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying, The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there.
29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them.

Do things look too great for you to handle? God allows these things in your life. Trust Him and be not afraid! Go forward and love the Lord in what He is doing!!

Instruction

Deuteronomy 1:17
Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

Moses is giving instruction to the leaders on how to hear a matter. When ministering unto people and hearing the matter out, show no partiality. It is easy to hear one side of a story and take that person's side. There is another side to the story. Go find it out so you will not be partial. Also when having to say hard things to people, do not fear their face. Say what needs to be said if it is given by the Holy Spirit! Go love on people with God's word!!

The Lord Is With Us

Numbers 14:9
Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defense is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not.

Fear God, Do Not Fear

Exodus 20:20 And Moses said to the people, "Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin."

In this chapter, God gave the children of Israel the 10 commandments. Then They saw lightning and thunderings and became afraid and did not want God to speak to them because of fear of death. God tested them or the King James says proved them. This created in the people a godly fear so they would not sin against God.
As you go through your day today, fear God but do not be afraid of what He is going to take you through today! He loves you and wants to guide you into all truth.

Promise

 Leviticus 26:6
I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go through your land.

God gives Israelites a promise here that none will make them afraid. Because we are grafted in by the blood of Jesus, we can hang on to this promise too. God gives us peace, he does make us to lie down. It reminds us of psalm 23, He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He gave protection to the Israelites as well. We as believers have protection from the Lord as well. Let God  have His way in your life today. Let Him give you peace and protection.

Provision

Genesis 50:21
Now therefore fear ye not; I will nourish you and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.

Joseph is a type of Jesus in the scriptures. They way He treated his brothers in this verse is so much how Jesus treats us as believers. He nourishes us or provides for us all that we need. He also speaks kindly to us through His Word and also comforts us by His Holy Spirit.Trust Jesus today!

Go

Genesis 46:3
And He said, I am God, the God of thy father; fear not to go down to Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation

Ladies,
What is God tugging at your hear to do? Step out and do the thing He is asking of you. At the end of this verse God says He is going to make a great nation out of Jacob. All's he has to do is get up and go and obey what God has for Him. Desire all that God has for you. Go get all that God is asking of you. He has so much in store and wants to use you in a mighty way.

Treasure

Genesis 43:23
And he said, Peace be to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father, hath given you treasure in your sacks: I had your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them.

Ladies,
In this passage Joseph is speaking to his brothers right before he revealed himself to them. He gave them treasure in their sacks and took care of them.
Jesus is our treasure. He has given us His Word so that we can know our treasure more each day. As a Wise Woman, it is so important to be in your word daily. It is the beginning of the year so it is easier to be all fired up about the Word and all that God is doing. Seek to have this all year long. What has begun in the Spirit will stay in the Spirit. Seek your Treasure and know your treasure, which is Jesus

Comfort

Genesis 35:17
And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour, that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also.

Ladies,
The circumstances of life may be very overwhelming at times. Rachel was giving birth to a a son and having a very difficult time. She was dying as the birth was happening. She needed comfort knowing that even though she was dying that her child would live. The Lord used the midwife to let her know that her child would live. She was told not to be afraid and that she would have the son. That is what she needed to hear before she died. If the Lord gives you something for someone, do not shy back about giving the Word. It is the very need for that day. Be the person who seeks the Lord and hears the Lord and prays for people. The Lord has a lot to say to us through His word.

God is with You

Genesis 26:4
That night the Lord appeared to him and said, "I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bless you and will increase the number of your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham.

Ladies,
God is with you in all things and at all times. Pray, listen, wait, and watch what God does in your life as you trust Him in circumstances of your life. In Proverbs 3:5 God's word says; Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Do that today and don't fear the outcome. God is with you.

God Hears; Do Not Fear

Genesis 21:17
God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven and said to her
"What is the matter Hagar? Do not be afraid; God has heard the boy crying as he lies there."

Ladies,
God hears you when you cry out to Him. The things you are up against may look fearful, but God hears you and will guide and direct you by His Spirit. Cry out to Him. Wait for Him. Look for Him. Seek Him.

Genesis 15

After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: Do not be afraid, Abram, I am your shield, your very great reward. Genesis 15:1

Ladies,
God is your shield. The things the Lord is asking you to do, step out in faith. Go get all that He has for you today. Do not be afraid.
