Book of Remembrance

Malachi 3:16-17

16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.

17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth Him.

Ladies,

As we fellowship with one another the Lord hears. In the verse above, it says that the Lord hearkened and heard. He loves when we talk about Him. He loves when we share what He is doing in our lives with one another. It makes us think on Him as we share with one another what is going on in our lives and how God is working. The promise comes that we are His jewels, which actually means treasure. God treasures you. He loves you. Walk in that love today.

Biking and Hiking at Itasca State Park

Ladies,
We will be meeting on Saturday, June 27th, at church, to leave for the park for our exciting day of biking and hiking at 7:45 AM. Be there or be square!! You can either bring your own bike or rent one at the park for cheapo!! All taken care of financially with the money that you paid to come to the park.
Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided.
Bring a long sleeve, light shirt and if you would like light pants to keep the bugs off of you.
Bug spray will be provided for you as well.
Also bring a swim suit if you would like to get wet as there is plenty of water around the park!!

Eyes on Jesus

Psalm 25:4-5, 15
Show me your ways, O Lord. Teach me Your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me. for You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.
My eyes are ever toward the Lord for He shall pluck my feet out of the net.

When walking through trials keep your eyes on Jesus. He will teach you the path to walk on, He will show you the way to go. He will lead you into to truth. For He is the God of your salvation.

Complaining

Philippians 2:14
Do all things without complaining and disputing.

As wise women who build our homes, this is an area that we need to watch very carefully. We can tear down our home if we complain and dispute over things. God has brought circumstances and situations into our lives to build us and mold us and shape us into the women He desires. Fighting against what He is doing makes life a lot harder. Submit to His word and all that He is doing and you will be a wise woman who builds her home.

Hope

1 Peter 1:3
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

One day we get to be with Jesus in heaven. Hang on to that hope! Keep your eyes on things above!! Look to Jesus the author and finisher of your faith.

Romans 12:1

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
