Then IF my people who are CALLED(call out) by my name will HUMBLE(be brought down) themselves and PRAY(intercede,intervene) and SEEK(request,desire) my face and TURN(to turn back, return) from their wicked ways, I will 
HEAR(to grant request ) from 
heaven and will 
FORGIVE(pardon) their sins and HEAL(make healthful) their land...
