Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you all He wants you
to receive into your heart and your life.
Read Psalm 61.
Take time to pray to the Lord
things that are on your heart today. Praise Him, Thank Him, Repent of your sin
to Him, Supplicate for people.
Look at verse 2. Where do you go
when you are overwhelmed?
Verse 3. What is God for you?
Verse 4. Because of the above
characteristics of God, What will you do?
Praise the Lord through worship.
Take worship music out and spend sometime worshipping the Lord.
