Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you all He wants you
to receive into your heart and your life.

after each verse the instruction given to you. Look up the definition of each
word in the dictionary and write it down.

New Testament Application: Read Ephesians 4:26,
Philippians 4:8, Mark 6:31 . Write
down what the Lord speaks to your heart.
