Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you all He wants you
to receive into your heart and your life.
Read Psalm 5. Write down the verse the Lord is speaking to
your heart. What is He showing you?
Look at verse 11. What 3 things in this verse cause
rejoicing or joy in your life?
Look up the definitions of joy and rejoice and write them
down. Webster’s 1828 dictionary online gives great definitions for words.
Today, as you walk in daily life, make a point to trust and
love the Lord in situations that come your way. Put verse 11 into practice
today. The Bible tells you not to only be hearer of the word but a doer of it.
What steps will you take today to put God’s word into practice?
