Through the Bible in a Year

Hey ladies,
We are on day 93 of reading through the Bible in a year!! If you are not caught up, remember it is ok. You don't have to try to read all the chapters to catch up. Just go to the day that we are on and start reading.

 The word of God is so important for your life. Don't forsake that part of your life!!!  He says I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will guide you with my eye.
If you are not in your word how can He guide you? He can't. You just do your own thing!!! Seek Him and you will find Him with all your heart.

We are on day 87 of reading through the Bible in a year. As you read, know that God's word never fails you. Joshua 21:45 states "not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass."
God is faithful. His Word is faithful.

Move Forward

Ladies it is time in our lives to be content with where and what the Lord has for us!! He has so much in store for us that we can not see. When we whine and cry about our situations we miss out on what the Lord is doing. Let's move forward with what the Lord has for us. Take a spiritual inventory. Let's ask the Lord what He has for us and like the children of Israel move forward even though we can't see if everything is going to be ok.

Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. Exodus 14:13
He wants us to see His faithfulness in our lives. Move forward!!!!

Ladies the Lord is doing an awesome work in each one of you. He is faithful to show you the areas where you need to surrender and let Him reign. Allow His perfect work in your life. Ask Him what areas need to be surrendered. And by faith surrender them. Watch Him work. And watch you grow!!!!

God Remembers

Then God remembered Noah and every living thing and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.
Genesis 8:1

God never forgets about you. He is always thinking about you, praying for you, and you are inscribed on the palms of His hands. His thoughts toward you are more than the sand and cannot be recounted. They are thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a future and a hope.

You are Righteous

Then the Lord said to Noah, "Come into the ark, you and all your household because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation. Genesis 7:1

Oh what a call for us to come into the presence of the Lord with boldness. Jesus Christ makes us righteous before God. We don't need to be all cleaned up to come to the Lord. He cleans us up by the blood of the Lamb. Ladies run into the Lord today with all that you are and allow Him to minister to you the Love and Grace that He wants to pour out into your life.

For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man's obedience, many will be made righteous. Romans 5:19

God Knows!!!

And they heard the sound of the Lord walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. Then the Lord called to Adam and said "Where are you?"

God is so interested in us that we cannot hide from Him. He loves every detail about us and all that we are to Him. Psalm 139 states that O Lord You have searched me and known me. How awesome is that, our God knowing everything about us. Walk in the light as He is in the Light. Don't hide things from the Lord He knows them anyway!!!
 When God asked the question "Where are you?" it was not in the tone of a police officer but of One whose heart was broken by what they had just done (quote by Chuck smith). That is the love the Lord has for us. He is not mad at us. He is so patient and kind with us!!!

His Jewel

Through the Bible in a Year

Hi Ladies,
Today we are on day 365 of reading the Bible through in a Year!!!!! Yay, Yay we finished the whole Bible!!! Way to go. You ladies rock!!!

We start our new reading program on Monday the 19th. We will be reading through the Bible Chronologically. It is said, to read the Bible through in a year, it only takes 11 minutes a day. The Lord will use His Word in a mighty way in your life.

Love you ladies and be encouraged today in the Lord!!! He is our Salvation and our Victory!!!

Look Heavenward

For the eyes of men and all the tribes of Israel are on the Lord.

God Reigns!!!

Words and Being Filled

The Lord is so awesome!!! We as a body of believers got to study Zechariah 1-4 the last two weeks on Wednesday. I want to encourage you ladies to go back and look at the notes the Lord gave you with these awesome chapters of the Bible. The Lord is speaking!!! Listen to Him.

Words
And the Lord answered the angel who talked to me, with good and comforting words.
 Zechariah 1:13
Oh ladies how our words can affect the people around us. Follow God and give good and comforting words to those around you today.

Being Filled

And I further answered and said to Him, what are these two olive branches that drip into the receptacles of the two gold pipes from with the golden oil drains. Zechariah 3:12

Last night in our Bible study Pastor Seth shared on being continually filled with the Spirit and being a river of flowing water to those around you. If you are dry spiritually, ask and you shall receive. The Holy Spirit is waiting. Be filled!!!

Be Strong

Yet, now be strong Zerubbabel, says the Lord; and be strong, Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong all you people of the land, says the Lord and work; for I am with you says the Lord of hosts.
Haggai 2:4

The Lord is with you and He desires to strengthen you today.

Through the Bible in a Year

Hey ladies,
We are coming up to the end of reading through the Bible in a year program. I am proud of ya'll!!!!
We are on day 359 today. If you are behind, just read the last few days with us and be encouraged in the Lord's love and grace for you.

In Matthew 7:7-8 the Bible tells us to
 "ask, and it will be given, seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened".

Ask, seek, and find the Holy Spirit today and be filled and strengthened to walk as a Christian woman should walk.
We can't do it without Him!!!!

God Hears

Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and You heard my voice.

Ladies, the Lord hears you when you call out to Him. His ear is attentive to you.
All over scripture God hears the prayers of the people. After the prayers there is either an "I will", "I have", or a promise from the Lord.

There is a song that is sung by Scott Cunningham's Children that says, Look up in the sky, waiting for the time, when you come again. It is so cute!! Truly we need to have our hearts and our eyes open, waiting and watching for the time when our Savior is coming to take us home. He is coming soon!!!!!

Hey ladies we are on day 351 today of reading the Bible through in a year!!!! We have 15 days to go and we have finished the Bible together. If you are behind, just catch up and finish with us!! How exciting and rewarding this has been. I pray that the Lord met you as you read His Word this year!!!!!

Worship

All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying:  "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and Amen." Revelation 7:11-12

Say these things in your hear today as you worship Him in Spirit and in Truth!!!!

Meet with Jesus

Wait on God

Waiting!!! Sometimes a very hard thing to do. God does such a work in us when we wait on Him. He molds and shapes us into His image as we wait. Be encouraged, if you have anything before the Lord be patient and wait for Him to answer and lead and guide you in the direction He wants you to go!!!

Hosea 12:6
So you, by the help of your God, return; observe mercy and justice, and wait on your God continually.


Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait I say, on the Lord!

Abide

Abide= to continue permanently or in the same state, to be firm and immovable, to rest, to dwell, to tarry

He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 91:1

Know God

Let us know, let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, like the latter and former rain to the earth.

Redeemed

Redemption= the process of buying back, ransoming, recovering something by paying a price, deliverance from the enslavement of sin and release to a new freedom in Jesus Christ.

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:13-14

Walk in Truth

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. 3 John 5

Ephesians chapters 4-6 gives us an in-depth instruction on how to walk in the truth.
Today truth is what people desire to make it.
As Believers in the Lord Jesus, we know that truth is His Word.
Walk in His instruction for you today from His Word. It brings Him so much joy!!!!!

Pride

Daniel 5:20,23

But when his heart was lifted up, and his spirit was hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him.

And you have lifted yourself up against the Lord of heaven. They brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your lords, your wives, your concubines, have drunk wine from them. And you have praised the gods of silver and gold, bronze and iron, wood and stone, which do not see or hear or know;
and the God who holds your breath in His hand and owns all your ways, you have not glorified.

Forgiveness

To forgive= to pardon, remit, to look over an offense and treat the offender as not guilty.

This is what God did for us by sending us His Son to forgive our sins. He treats us, the offender, as not guilty and looks over our offense when we ask for forgiveness.

Jesus paid it all, all to Him we owe!!!

Thank you Jesus

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God.
 2 Corinthians 5:21

Trust

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

Choose today to trust the Lord in all your circumstances. He is faithful!!!

Love

By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 1 John 3:16
