Ladies,
Remember that God hears you! He loves you so much. Call upon Him and He will save!! It is a promise to you!

1. Serve God in holiness
2. Return to worship
3. Serve God in various ministries
If you are not serving God you are backslidden
4. Rise up and answer the call of God in your life
5. If you are called as a leader start serving there. Women are not to be pastors or leaders of men. But they are very gifted and can serve in other areas. So get serving
6. Allow the Holy Spirit to dwell in the church. Seek God, draw near to Him and be filled with the Spirit
7. Rejoice with God's people with what God is doing in each one of our lives.
Love the church.

Await the kingdom of Jesus! Look for your Lord and Savior to come back and get us!! Amen

2 Chronicles 14:11 And Asa cried unto the Lord his God, and said, Lord, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O Lord our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude. O Lord, thou art our God; let not man prevail against thee.

Asa was a good king. He sought God, he knew God. By this very verse Asa knew that God was there ready to help when the Ethiopians were arrayed for battle against the children of Israel. In the beginning of the chapter God gave rest to Asa. Asa knew that even though the battle was right before them, the children of Israel could rest on God as the enemy was closing in on them. Asa surrendered his heart to the situation and allowed God to work for Israel. And yes the Ethiopians were overthrown!!!

Do you want rest in your life? Seek God! He will prevail!
Do you want power in your life? Seek God! He will prevail!
Do you want help in your life? Seek God! He will prevail!
Do you want to win the spiritual battle? Seek God! He will prevail!

Touching Godliness

Hi ladies,
I want to encourage you to read the book "Touching Godliness Through Submission" by K.P. Yohannan. I believe you can download it from the Gospel for Asia website or you can order it directly from that site. It has a study guide to go along with the book.

Bitterness

I had a friend put this teaching on her Facebook page. This is an amazing teaching on bitterness by K.P. Yohannan from Gospel for Asia!

Ladies, bitterness is root that goes down deep into our hearts and affects many people around us.  As I listened my heart was sadden by the state I am in, not even realizing the bitterness that has crept into my heart. Oh am I excited to get alone with the Lord and allow Him to search my heart and remove the bitterness. I pray that as you listen that your heart will be softened to what the Lord wants to do in your life.

Oh ladies how wonderful this verse is for you. The God of the universe draws near to you and loves you so much! Take your hearts today and draw near to God and watch what He does with you. He will keep His promise and He will draw near to you!

We just finished the first half of the Psalms. We ended on Psalm 76. We had an awesome time drawing near to the Lord and having Him pour into us all that He desires for our lives.
We are going to finish the rest of the Psalms in the fall of 2014. God bless you as you serve Jesus.

Give thanks to the Lord today. Write down your prayer.

Spend some time with the Lord and ask Him to show you areas of your life where pride is ruling. Write down what He shows you and how you will deal with the pride? Does He want you to go to someone and make something right? Does He want you to surrender an area of your life to Him that you think you have control? Let Him search your heart.

Write down a recent testimony of the Lord working in your heart. Share of all the wonderful things He did for you and taught you.

Put on your favorite praise song!

New Testament Application:  Look up New Testament verses on pride. Write down what God shows you. Find a New Testament testimony of one of the People and write down all that Jesus had done for them.
