the Holy Spirit to teach you all He wants you to receive into your heart and
your life.

What is the definition of supplication?
Take time before the Lord and pray for the day. Write down
your prayer.
Read Verses 4-6. Do you ever want to run away from your
situation? David sure did. He had
people coming at him on all sides of his life. A King who hated him and chased
him all over the Israel . A companion
who turned against him. Write down a
situation you are running from or have run from in the past. Instead of running
away from God, run to Him with the situation.

looks heavenward and waits for God. Spend time meditating on the verses below.
